Project Scope: Removal of existing old brick patio, hot tub, and debris, followed by design and installation of Dublin Cobble paver patio with sunburst center. Construction of lattice screen for A/C unit along with decorative landscape planting in accordance with design. Planting beds fill with decorative river gravel or mulch. Downspout connections run underground away from house to eliminate previous problem with water accumulation around foundation.

Project Scope: Grade correction using Sandlewood Mini-Creta segmental wall block for terrace construction along with decorative planting and mulching in accordance with design. This project included underground extension of downspouts away from house to appropriate drainage area.

Project Scope: Renovation of front yard bench garden along with re-design and installation of planting layout for front of home and terraced area. Constuction of Sandlewood Mini-Creta terraced retaining wall for grade correction. Removal of weathered concrete walkway to be replaced with Dubin Cobble paver walkway, including resurfacing of front concrete porch.

Project Scope: Clearing of townhouse backyard brush and debris, followed by installation of Dublin Cobble paver patio and Celtic Block retaining wall with steps to access raised decorative planting bed in accordance with our meticulously planned design. Project also included stepping stone pathway to storage area and underground drainage solution for downspouts to rear of property.
